On April 25, 2005, ACGA spoke at an event in Hong Kong organised by Fidelity Investments. Our presentation provided an outline on corporate governance in the region, how macro-economic weakness was a catalyst for reform, highs and lows of enforcement, and emerging shareholder activism.
