On September 10, 2004, ACGA participated in a corporate governance roundtable organised by Sembcorp Industries, a major Singapore government-linked company. The title of our presentation was: "Corporate governance: Can Singapore get better?". It covered the following issues:

1. How does Singapore rate in the new CLSA/ACGA survey?
2. Is there anything Singapore can learn from its neighbours?
3. Implications for Singapore companies
