ACGA Letter to Indonesian Government
ACGA submitted a letter to the Indonesian Minister of Finance and the chairman of Bapepam, the capital market supervisory agency, regarding our concerns with two specific points in the proposed changes to M&A rules in Indonesia. The full text of the letter can be viewed in ACGA News.

ACGA Member Briefings, Hong Kong & Singapore
On May 28 and June 3, 2008, ACGA held its latest briefings for members in Singapore and Hong Kong, respectively. Our first presentation focussed on case studies of corporate governance failures in Asia, while the second covered developments in corporate governance reform in Vietnam. RAILPEN Hong Kong Corporate Governance Policy
